We have used two machines to make a large number of parrts over the past 6 months and we are getting plastic coming out of the heads   the machines still work but the heads are very clogged with plastic  What is the best way to clean and by the way where do we order spare parts  Cannot see that from the people we boucht the machine from or the Ultimaker manufacturers website

is there any support or is this a virtual company selling disposable machines?

It should be not so hard to remove the plastic from the print head. I would use heat gun and carefully soften the filament that you can disassemble the printhead.

And of course you get every spare part you need, just contact an official reseller they have all parts you need.
