I can not get the machine sitting to allow me to enter 2 extruders. The number of extruders stays on 1.

I guess it depends on the printer profile you use.

But if you expect some help if would be helpful to provide more information and not just "it doesn't work" without mentioning the printer you use, which profile and so on.
