Nein das ist mit einfachen Mitteln nicht möglich.
Das angezeigte Druckbett in Cura ist eigentlich nur eine Grafikdatei. D.h. du könntest in diese Grafik deine Stellen einzeichnen, dann hast du zumindest eine optische Hilfe.
