So im printing a knife blade and the point keeps curling up, i want to do a brim but without it covering the whole blade only the point, is there a way to make it so the brim is only at the point?

I don't believe so.  You can use an mouse ear instead of a brim though.  There is a plugin in the Marketplace called "TabAntiWarping" or you can use a support blocker configured to print "As Part".  Slide it under the knife point and make it "Layer Height" thick and as wide and long as you need it.
