I am trying to print a part that requires support of PVA on extruder 2 with CPE and TPU. It will be CPE from layer 1 ~ 100 then TPU 101 ~ rest. With material station that can change material automatically when one material runs out, I am thinking there has to be a function on Cura to do this but i cannot find any. I have seen that you can do this manually by adding print pause function. Has anyone done this automatically with S5 material station?

No, that's not something that we support. Theoretically it's possible to do it, but it would take a lot of work to get that right in the workflow. So to keep things a bit manageable, we left that functionality out.
