I had posted about this issue some time ago but have never been able to resolve it in Cura 4.8 and now with 4.10. Even resetting the printer did not help/ Any additional suggestions would be greatly appreciated. This seemed to occur when I switched from a single extruder to two Thanks Donald

    Sorry, this is of no help to you but I've experienced the same / similiar issues.

    I just posted a topic about it, pleading to the devs to take a good look at how cura handles profiles and settings.

     

    If we highlight these issues enough, they might do something about it
