Print jobs not making it through to digital factory

Cura says printer in connected via cloud, Cura says print job successfully sent to printer.  Digital factory says printer ready..nothing happens where is the print job???? Evaporated.

..seems to happen after machine has stopped for a material flow error.  Job restarted, finishes normally and then shows as online in Digital Factory as normal, just won't print anything.

It is possible that something went wrong while sending the print job to the printer. There are sevearl things that can possibly go wrong. To understand the root cause of why the print job evaporated, would it be fine with you to send us the log of your printer so that we can take a further investigation?
