Action Panel Disappeared

I am really new to 3D printing and have been using CURA as the slicer for about a week now.  When I started it this afternoon the Slicer Action Panel had disappeared.  I have uninstalled and reinstalled but it is still missing.  How do I restore it??

What do you mean with action panel? The slice button? 
 

Have you loaded a model on the build plate?
