Problem ER56

Hello, 

 

Since last week I have the problem that every time I start a product, and that I get error 56. The printer then stops working, and then extruder 2 is stuck with material. 

I have tried everything the QR code said. But I keep getting the error every time. I had several parts loose, and I cleaned it afterwards. But I keep getting the error. 

Extruder 1 works fine, it is only extruder 2 that keeps giving the error. 

Does anyone happen to know what I can do about it?
