Cura 4.09 and above is not able to run on my Notebook

Posted · Cura 4.09 and above is not able to run on my Notebook

Hello all.

I have the following problem since I try to install cura 4.09 the installation carries every time when trying to start cura this problem exists the same with the following model numbers like 4.10 4.11 and 4.12

I do not have Chitubox installed therefore I can exclude this problem.

I am attaching a crash log and would appreciate if someone could give me some advice on how to solve my problem.
