Proper settings for files

I have had my neptune 2s for almost 2 weeks now and all the prints have been working just fine. Today I tried to print a file, the printer recognizes the file but the print bed heat or the extruder heat do not turn on. I tried older files that I have printed before and those have worked which leads me to think its a code issue with the gcode that cura is giving to me. Is there something specific i need to look for? The only other thing that I can think of is there is a speech bubble next to the material I have selected, see attached file, which when I try to select different material it just changes color. Also I have only been 3d printing for 2 weeks so I am new to this. Thanks for your help

    Same happened to me yesterday.

Then, I also tried to print with USB cable but if the heat-bed and extruder are warming up, the Y-axis is frozen and the print is made only on X- and Z-axis.

Then I reinstalled Cura software but the same happened with heat-bed and extruder off.

    Currently I am also blocked...
