UM3 Exchange?

First post here, I'm running both UM2+ & UM3 in my office. Used for various things, mainly production jigs for our factory. We've been running UM2+ for around 4 years now without many issues, UM3 is a more recent install and has been nothing short of a nightmare.

 

I'm wondering is there some sort of exchange program with Ultimaker? At this point I'm fed up with the UM3 and would rather switch to another UM2+ (I was overruled by management about buying in the same spec as we already had 🙄).
