unable to register at .support.ultimaker.com

I would make this a support ticket, but I'd need to be able to register for that

Problem:

I tried to register at support.ultimaker.com, but it keeps saying:

 

One of the required field(s) is empty

 

The optional "order ID" field is being highlighted - no matter whether I leave the default "-" or enter my order number into the field.

Tried Firefox and IE, Win7 64, everything up to date.

Is this a known problem?

If you go to submit a ticket you can just proceed without any hassle.
