cura backup 4.6 error

hello

I tried to use the backup function on my cura 4.6 win7
but it tells me an error has occurred and it does not backup
I also tried to take the profiles, material, and printer in my appdata directory and place them in the appdata directory on my new win10 cura 4.12 pc
but that doesn't work either

It seems to fail when doing the SSL handshake. It could be that you still have the outdated lets encrypt certificates.

I installed this certificate https://letsencrypt.org/certs/isrgrootx1.der
now I could make the backup on cura 4.6 win7

I installed the backup on cura 4.12.1 win 10
it has recovered the printer and the profiles but there is no material

Do you know why?

C:\Users\xxx\AppData\Roaming\cura\4.12\materials

 

but it does not appear in the dialog box

in fact it's ok I didn't have the right diameter of filament in my printer so it didn't display the materials
