With some interlocking parts I needed to use the "horizontal expansion" to get a proper fit.
However there seems to be a bug in Cura 4.12.1.

The print time goes up quite a bit, for example 38 to 45m for just a expansion of 0.1mm.
Also it makes random speed changes when printing..... so what should be a constant speed of 60mm becomes some weird motion between 30  and 60!!

You can see a video of it here:

A project file would be good.  Load the model and choose your settings then select "File | Save Project".  Post the 3mf file here.

The speed will be reduced whenever Minimum Layer Time comes into play.  The default is 10 seconds and is to allow sufficient cooling for each layer.  A related setting is Minimum Speed.

I looked at the video before I made my previous post.  Videos are interesting but don't give any real information.  That comes from project files and gcode.  With only the video all I can say is "Yep.  That's how it looks ".
