That's the best bet for now.  If the Qidi fork of Cura has your printer definition in it then it would be a good place to start.  Their version is likely a few releases out of date but when you are starting out - simpler is better.

If you were printing well with the Makerbot software then putting a Cura definition together wouldn't be very difficult.  That would be doubly true if Qidi Print has a definition file for your printer.
