Cannot log into Digital Factory. "The given token is invalid."

Posted (edited) · Cannot log into Digital Factory. "The given token is invalid."

I am logged into my Digital Factory account, but I get a message that says "The given token is invalid". I can't get around this message.

I tried clearing cookies and trying again but same issue.

EDIT: I was able to login successfully after resetting my internet router.

    Although I'm happy that your issues are resolved, it's possible that your problem was caused by our scheduled maintenance this morning.

     

    If you experience something similar in the future, you can open up https://status.ultimaker.com/ to see if the application should be running as expected.
