Problem with infill

Hello,

Can anyone help me to figure out what is causing this strange infill that I get with PETG?  It's suppose to be cubic.  I found that slowing down the travel speed helped, but that doesn't seem to make much sense.

I tried changing the infill speed (both up and down) and didn't see much difference.  The travel speed (100mm/s down to 60mm/s) made a huge difference.
