· Cura 4.13: A raft where none is chosen
Healed! Thanks for taking the time to reply to my post.
As you suspected, the model was not watertight.
I still don't understand the shading in Cura that represents the BPA setting; and, why Cura shades the center of the ring regardless of the BPA setting.
Cura was confused by your model. Cura regarded the "extra" solid part in the center as part of the model, not part of the build plate adhesion geometry.

In the Cura 5.8 stable release, everyone can now tune their Z seams to look better than ever. Method series users get access to new material profiles, and the base Method model now has a printer profile, meaning the whole Method series is now supported in Cura!
We are happy to announce the next evolution in the UltiMaker 3D printer lineup: the UltiMaker Factor 4 industrial-grade 3D printer, designed to take manufacturing to new levels of efficiency and reliability. Factor 4 is an end-to-end 3D printing solution for light industrial applications

It is not a raft, because a raft gets the same color as the brim (cyan).
The problem is likely with your model, which may not be manifold ("watertight"). See this article:
