Syncing Marketplace Materials Not Working

I have just installed Cura.  I own a Snapmaker A350.  I am attempting to print with PolyCast filament.

I have set my printer up in Cura.

I have downloaded the material from the Marketplace.

I have restarted the program, the machine, several times.

I have clicked on "Sync" when prompted and have a good internet connection.

However, the material still does not show up anywhere within the selecting materials dropdown, or in the manage materials dialog.

I've installed and uninstalled the program, rebooted, re-installed and uninstalled the material a few times.   I found a previous post about this type of problem from January 2021 which stated you needed to open and close the program several times to get materials to show up, but this has not worked either.

I've tried to research and find a "manual" sync option, but haven't found anything there.

I'm very open to suggestions and am hopeful someone here knows how I can tap this jukebox to play my song.  🙂

Help?

Thanks,

Scuzzy

The materials on the marketplace are for Ultimaker printers (and therefore; 2.85mm). Printers that are 1.75mm don't show that material as they are not compatible.

      • S-Line Firmware 8.3.0 was released Nov. 20th on the "Latest" firmware branch.
(Sorry, was out of office when this released)

        This update is for...
        All UltiMaker S series
        New features

Temperature status. During print preparation, the temperatures of the print cores and build plate will be shown on the display. This gives a better indication of the progress and remaining wait time. Save log files in paused state. It is now possible to save the printer's log files to USB if the currently active print job is paused. Previously, the Dump logs to USB option was only enabled if the printer was in idle state. Confirm print removal via Digital Factory. If the printer is connected to the Digital Factory, it is now possible to confirm the removal of a previous print job via the Digital Factory interface. This is useful in situations where the build plate is clear, but the operator forgot to select Confirm removal on the printer’s display. Visit this page for more information about this feature.
