Vertical shaft vibration

I've got an Ultimaker 2 Extended+ where: when the plate does the large vertical moves at the start and end of the print, there's a loud groaning/resonating noise and sometimes I can actually see the top of the vertical screw thread vibrating by a couple of mm!

 

Is there some screw I should tighten to stop this vibration?  Or re-lube the vertical screw?
