Posted · Getting a error saying I can't import my profile

So I just got a printer today and set it all up and was getting the Cura part set up and it was working fine and importing profiles without a problem then I downloaded the most recent version of Cura and kept both at the time instead of update one and now I am not able to import profiles to either version. I tried restarting the app and my computer and also reinstall the app. I looked online for a bit and found nothing that  was what I was having issues with so if someone knows a fix please let me know. The profile I have is the only one available to the public for my printer so idk what's wrong.
