I don't know. I doubt it as it would be kind of unfair. On the other hand they often sell printers after a show is over so they don't have to ship them back. I'm guessing they will just ship them all to the next show.

Anyway, I'll be there at 3d print show. Will you be there Pikey? If so please introduce yourself.

edit: Actually they often have extra UM Original kits for sale.

I just got the okay from the wife (cutting it close to valentines day). I'll be going on Saturday February 15th, I think it would be great if we could have a small Ultimaker meetup.

If you will be in NYC tuesday night through Saturday night and want to get together for dinner with me and probably Illuminarti and others... send us a PM well before Tuesday to get our cell numbers.

Siert, one of the founders from Ultimaker, will be at the show. (That's all I know. Sorry)

The reason for selling off the printers instead of shipping them to the next show is easy. Silly tax laws. When we shipped UM2 to the Makerfair, we had to pay import tax. We would have had to pay export tax to ship them back again.

However, I do not think we'll be selling them there. There is quite a backlog, so would be unfair.
