Posted · Cura doesn't recognise Renkforce Printer on Mac

Hi

I changed my laptop from a Mac Book Air to a Mac Book Pro 2021.

Cura 4.13.1  doesn't recognise my Renkforce RF 100 with my new Mac Book. I tried Cura 4.8 as well without success.

With my old Mac Book Air everything works fine.

I don't know the Renkforce printers, but I guess you need a driver which was installed on your Air and which is missing now on your new Macbook. The driver is not part of Cura, so take a look at the vendor (Conrad?) if you find something.

The driver is installed and the USB-port and -connnection is detected:     2013195810_Bildschirmfoto2022-04-10um16_44_19.jpg.b1682e282ed52b61c3aa4665141d9d61.jpg

But Cura can not find the printer for printing and monitoring.
