Error by instal . cura 4.2.1-win64 or newer.

Hi there,
I am using Cura 15.4.6 and I want a more recent version 4.2.1 or newer.
I have a pc and a laptop with windows 10.
The installation was successful on the laptop, but not on the PC and I get an error message. see Appendix .
What's the problem here?

It could be that Cura does not properly handle the space in your username. To confirm that this is the issue, you could try creating a new user on your computer that does not have a space in its username and run Cura as that user.
