Hi Sven. Welcome.
I think i'm with Valcrow on this one. The printer is at the end of the process rather than at the beginning.
Do use 3d cad software or are you planning to download models from the web?..or?
Regards,
David

Welcome to the forum Sven !
As the guys said above.... the ultimaker2 is a cracking good 3d printer.. you just need to sit down and see what amazing things you want or need to 3d print ? are there things in your home that are broken... print new ones !! ;-)
or do you have a nice motorbike with small parts missing.. print...
or did you ever imagine building a new home with 3 swimming pools.. make a 3d model and print it...
start simple.. print and that will drive you crazy to make more stuff....
if you dont have to much experience with 3d modelling, pick something simple and free like google sketchup.
and start putting together simple things...
Have fun in NRW !!..... i absolutly love those amazing NRW police advert videos !! ;-) LOL

You should create things in 3D BEFORE you get the printer, so when it gets there, you can start printing rather than fiddling with 3d models.
Grats on your purchase!
