Can't see retraction enable checkbox in Material Menu Cura 4.13.1

I can't find the checkbox to control retraction settings in the Material menu section of print settings in Cura 4.13.1. I think it should be immediately following Build Plate Temp, but I show flow settings.

 

I am running a Mingda Magician X printer and needed to create a custom printer because it is not supported out of the box yet by Cura.

 

Perhaps there is a printer attribute I am not setting correctly and Cura doesn't know it is a direct feed printer?

 

Any suggestions of how to get this working?

It's under the "travel" section. 

You also can use the search bar at the top to quickly find setting options.
