Posted (edited) · Changer les roulements linéaires

Bonjour à tous. J'aimerais changer les roulements linéaires de la tête d'impression de mon UM3 car sur l'axe X ça accroche au point de faire vibrer l'imprimante et de déplacer les axes.

Avec un peu d'huile c'est un peu mieux mais pas top.  Je pense que le roulement à un coup dans l'aile.

 

Chez Makershop je vois qu'il y a deux tailles de roulements : un court et un long.  

Quels sont ceux utilisés dans la tête de l'UM3 ?  Un de chaque ?

    Apparemment je n'ai trouvé que deux roulements linéaires simples (sans base carrée) dans la longue liste des composants. j'en déduis que ce sont ceux de la tête.

     

    2123 A Linear Bearing LMKW6 Double 1 1.3505/100Cr6 (outer cilinder and balls)

    2128 A Linear Bearing LMK6 Short 1 1.3505/100Cr6 (outer cilinder and balls)

     

    Je vais tenter de trouver un schéma.

    Après démontage des axes et un bon nettoyage, les tiges métalliques coulissent librement à nouveau.

     

    Mon hypothèse est que les roulements linéaires étaient encrassés par la colle en bombe Dimafix que je pulvérise sur le plateau.
