Small details in Cura 5.0 don't print

I have been looking for the setting that might allow me to print some small details, beyond what is possible from the default setting. Is it best to go for finer details for best results? Using a 0.4mm nozzle.

Check the detailed settings for "minimum wall line width".

I've changed all four (4) settings to 0.01.No change noticed in Preview. Am I looking in the wrong place? I searched for "minimum wall line width". I have a 1.5mm diameter "post" that I am trying to print.
