So I have an cr touch on my ender 3 v2 and when I try to print something it only goes to one of the 25 probe points that are on. I use Jyers UI. When I try to create a new mesh it only goes to one probe point and says save. it just started doing that yesterday and I don't know what could of happened.  I flashed the firmware and reinstalled the orginal software then Jyers Ui again but It still has the same problem. I put in the correct mother board when downloading the software. Can you please help

I'm pretty good with the Creality machines but I can't help with the CRTouch.  There is some information on the Marlin Site regarding M420 that you might be able to use to reset the mesh (or enter a new one).  That is provided that a couple required settings are enabled in your firmware.

Have you asked about this over on Reddit?  The Ender 3 Group is a big one and the Jyers firmware is a popular alternative to the stock firmware.
