Posted · Cura: Area of 100% density not touching sides

Hi,

I want a particular part of this print to be stronger so have used a Support blocker with "modify settings for overlaps" to modify infill settings to 100% in that part.

But for some reason Cura is leaving a gap between the 100% infill and the rest of the print as shown in the preview below

Obviously this is reversing any strength gain for the 100% infill.

It does this for any infill setting in the support blocker, this is 50%:

What is happening? - how can I get part of the print with a different infill properly attached to the print?

I am using Cura version 4.13.1
