Hello there,

I searched for quite some time and couldn't find anything similar to my issue that has been addressed recently. I have been 3d printing off and on for a few years now. I have always used cura as my software. I either download files from places like thingiverse or use Fusion 360 to create my own. Never had a problem.

Today I opened up Cura 4.1xx and saw the pop up that 5.0 update was out. I went ahead with my print and had no issue. Less than an hour later I went to print the exact same thing but decided to update to 5.0. Now I get a pop up issue saying that " Print setup disabled. G-code file can not be modified."

I am using an Ender 5. Cura 5.0 has already populated all my settings from Cura 4.1 and had my printer setting saved. I have gone through several of my saved gcode files from 4.1 and none of them will open on 5.0.

Has anyone else ran into this issue? Can't seem to find a fix for it.

-Thanks
