Posted · Wechselnde Schichtdicke und Layershift beim Druck Cura 5.0

Hallo an alle,

ich verwende einen Creality CR10 V2 bisher Problemlos.

Seit ich auf Cura 5.0 geupdated habe, gibt es  diverse Probleme.

Innerhalb der Vorschau ist bereits ein falscher Lagenaufbau zu sehen, siehe Bild.

Im Druck kommt es an dieser Stelle zu einem Layershift von ca 1mm, der grünen Linie folgend.

Interessanter weise tritt dieser Layershift nicht bei jedem Druck auf, obwohl die Druckdatei direkt per USB von einem Raspberry Pi mit Octoprint zum Drucker geleitet wird.

 

Vorher habe ich mit Cura 4.11.0 gearbeitet. Gerade testweise noch einmal die selbe .stl in 4.11 geladen und dort keine Lagenprobleme festgestellt, weshalb ich auch erstmal wieder auf die alte Version wechseln werde, da ca jeder 2te Druck den Layershift aufweist.

 

Interessant wäre nur:
1. Ist es ein bekanntest Problem ist?

2. Gibt es  Einen Workaround?

3. Hat jemand eine Idee warum es dann nur bei jedem ca. zweiten Druck einen Shift gibt?

        Temperature status. During print preparation, the temperatures of the print cores and build plate will be shown on the display. This gives a better indication of the progress and remaining wait time. Save log files in paused state. It is now possible to save the printer's log files to USB if the currently active print job is paused. Previously, the Dump logs to USB option was only enabled if the printer was in idle state. Confirm print removal via Digital Factory. If the printer is connected to the Digital Factory, it is now possible to confirm the removal of a previous print job via the Digital Factory interface.
