Copperfill print issued (extrusion?)

Recommended Posts

Posted · Copperfill print issued (extrusion?)

Hi,

I have been printing 1,5 year now with my Connect 2+ And all has been going well. Last few weeks I have been having issues printing with copperfill.

as visible in on the picture, this is the current state. First it started clogging all the time so I tried changing settings, then replaced the nozzle, Bowden tube, feeder and TFM. Redid all and then I ended up with below.

It’s an improvement from the clogging but I can’t find why it does this, and why only in the grid. It is still grinding down the filament on one side so something is not right…any ideas where to search next?

funny to note…normal PLA it still prints without issues…
