ER31 with every print

The Error ER31 shows up at every print before the print even starts.

I tried new Printcores (AA 0.4) on both extruders, and changed the printhead-board, but nothing seems to work.

 

I noticed that the printcore heats up to the correct tempreture for the "test-extrusions", cools off a little and then tries to heat up again to print-tempreture.

It seems to have not enough time to reach the target-tempreture, and thats when I get the ER31 message.

That happens with every print I attempt.
