Cura not slicing holes correctly

I am trying to make a meter plate for a 5 gang box. Im very new to the space and am still learning. Cura is filling in some holes while leaving some holes on my print when I slice the stl file. I used the boolean modifier in blender for the 4 holes that are not being cut out. The two holes correctly sliced were from a previous design I found online that I modified. I also used the boolean modifier for the meter box cutouts. Thanks for the help in advance!

    Hi @Geezy,

the normals look odd, if you import the stl file back into blender. Normals are flipped on half of the  faces.

I assume that's the main problem. So... i would check (and fix) the normals in blender before exporting to stl.

And these supplementary faces should probable not be there at all?

    Enable viewport overlay "face orientation":
