Help Outer wall

Looking for suggestions to fix this issue if anyone can help. Hard to find the words to explain the problem so hoping that the attached pictures will help. I used Sunlu pla+, temp 215, 0.2 layer height, speed 50, 20% infill, retraction 5, made sure belts are tight, bed leveled, E steps done, flow calculated at 99.25. 

Any help greatly appreciated. 

Someone did say turn off outer before inner walls but not checked yet if that's on or off. 

Edit.... Updated to Jyres firmware last week and only since then noticed this issue 🤔

Sorry I forgot to say I'm using an Ender 3 v2 printer if it helps any
