peeling at front

I am printing n my monoprice IIIP part B of https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5342214 for a gift. However, even though I added a raft for adhesion, it peels up at the front every time. I have done some other models such as  https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3400477,  but only the flower box and the gun have peeled up, and only at the front. let me know if you have any ideas for me to try.
