I took a look at the files and they do not seem to be made for 3D printing. The fact that it takes soo long to load them is already a good indication. I'm getting mesh errors and if you look at the models in the prepare screen you see these discolorations that indicate that the models are not watertight.
There are a couple of things you can try to fix them.
1. There is a mesh tools plugin that can fix simple geometries.
2. You can upload your models in a mesh simplification tool like this one from MyMiniFactory
3. You can try to load the models in TinkerCad, fix and download them again. They often produce watertight models as exports.
4. You can also just remove the faulty models from your buildplate or try to slice them one at a time.
I hope this helps. Good luck! 💪

In the Cura 5.8 stable release, everyone can now tune their Z seams to look better than ever. Method series users get access to new material profiles, and the base Method model now has a printer profile, meaning the whole Method series is now supported in Cura!
