Keeping the Build Plate hot after temporary power glitch.

I have an Ender 5+ printer that i use with Ultimaker Cura 5.1 and I have an UPS power supply. The problem is that the UPS blinks when power is lost, a common problem where I live.

When this happens, the printer shuts off the Build Plate heater and allows the plate to cool, if I'm not standing there to tell the printer to continue printing, the Build Plate cools and releases the printed item from the plate. With some prints taking 24 hours or more, this can be a serious problem. How do I change the code to have it automatically continue printing or keep the build plate hot until I can tell it to continue printing?
