any setting for extra z movement after initial layer?

so when I print my parts, I get a lot of elephants foot even with a well levelled bed, I've already turned on the initial layer horizontal expansion setting on and set it to -0.14 mm and works well for me, but after the first layer, I still get elephants foot and happens for the next few layers, is there a setting so that the nozzle moves slight bit more up after initial layer so that the layers don't get squished out from the print and no elephants foot will occur?, any advice would be great
