I had actually already checked everything and you can't even get into the diagnosis. Even after resetting to factory settings, the error message comes up immediately.

Did you check the support page about the error?

There might be something stuck in the buildvolume like a prime blob or piece of old printjob.
There is even a test in the firmware to see if the sensor is broken.
At the bottom of the support page there is a link to submit a support ticket if these don't help.
