S5 Z Achse

Alf

Recommended Posts

Hallo zusammen,

Did you check the support page about the error?

https://support.ultimaker.com/hc/en-us/articles/360011575000-ER32-Z-axis-stuck-or-limit-switch-broken#:~:text=This error refers to a,bottom of the Z axis.

There might be something stuck in the buildvolume like a prime blob or piece of old printjob.
There is even a test in the firmware to see if the sensor is broken.

At the bottom of the support page there is a link to submit a support ticket if these don't help.

    Good luck! 🤞
