I don't understand.

Infill like "Grid" and "Lines" and "Triangles" are straight.  If you enter different numbers into the "Infill Line Directions" box you can rotate the infill pattern.  The default for grid is at a 45° angle to the build plate.  If you enter [90] as the line directions then the grid will be square to the build plate.

You may need to select the "Custom" settings view and then click on the icon that has three lines on it and set the setting visibility to "All".
