How to make my home position at back of bed plate?

Currently, my printer stops at the left front corner after a print which makes it difficult to remove the magnetic bed plate to remove the parts. It also causes difficulty putting the bed plate back on.

How do I make my machine stop at the left rear corner?

I checked my settings in CURA, and the " origin at center" box is unchecked.

My printer is an Ender V2 S1.

Thanks.

    I found and Ender 3 V2 and an Ender 3 S1.

The basic Ender 3 "Ending Gcode" should do that.  It can be adjusted in Cura.

Click on "Settings / Printers / Manage Printers" and then click on Machine Settings.

On the right side of the dialog is the Ending Gcode and this is from an Ender 3:

    G91 ;Relative positioning

    G1 E-2 F2700 ;Retract a bit

    G1 E-2 Z0.2 F2400 ;Retract and raise Z

    G1 X5 Y5 F3000 ;Wipe out

    G1 Z10 ;Raise Z more

    G90 ;Absolute positioning

    G1 X0 Y{machine_depth} ;Present print

    M106 S0 ;Turn-off fan

    M104 S0 ;Turn-off hotend

    M140 S0 ;Turn-off bed

    M84 X Y E ;Disable all steppers but Z

The bold line is the one you want.  It has to go in after the G90 line.  You could also just copy and paste all of that in.

      • S-Line Firmware 8.3.0 was released Nov. 20th on the "Latest" firmware branch.
(Sorry, was out of office when this released)

        This update is for...
        All UltiMaker S series
        New features

Temperature status. During print preparation, the temperatures of the print cores and build plate will be shown on the display. This gives a better indication of the progress and remaining wait time. Save log files in paused state. It is now possible to save the printer's log files to USB if the currently active print job is paused. Previously, the Dump logs to USB option was only enabled if the printer was in idle state. Confirm print removal via Digital Factory. If the printer is connected to the Digital Factory, it is now possible to confirm the removal of a previous print job via the Digital Factory interface. This is useful in situations where the build plate is clear, but the operator forgot to select Confirm removal on the printer’s display. Visit this page for more information about this feature.
