Hey @Nootropyl,
If your printer is offline, the only way someone could start a printjob is to walk up to it and insert a USB stick.
If there is a way to prevent other people from doing that, you should be set.
You could consider plugging your USB port with a printjob like this.

In the Ultimaker Office we introduce extra hurdles to prevent important printjobs from being aborted by adding a clamp over the doors.
If your printer is connected to the local LAN, we have introduced a firewall and a pinccode.
