Cannot increase temperature print cores

Posted · Cannot increase temperature print cores

Hi all,

 

I have a problem with my Ultimaker S5.

The filament is stucked in print core, but this time cannot increase the temperature of it because maximum grades which are alowed are 4ºC.

It is impossible to definy a higer temperature of 28ºC, and I do not know why this happens.

Any solution? Thank you so much!
