Can someone please help me, so we have an ultimaker S5 and have recently purchased the ventilation hood for it, but it requires updated firmware, since we have had the machine it has been uncooperative with updates but this has never been an issue before, were currently running on 5.0.19 which I know is very old but does anyone know how to update this? I just keep getting this screen when I press update firmware. I have downloaded the updates on to a USB aswell as the stepping stone files but still nothing, it's connected to the internet here but still nothing, please help!!

    Hey @Ashhay,

     

    Welcome to the Ultimaker Community 🎉

     

    You'll need a stepping stone firmware if you start your upgrade process from a firmware that's lower than 5.1.
