Settings Guide project

Hello

I made the Dutch translation for "Ghostkeeper, Settings Guide", I have a Pull request there. But the problem is that "Gostkeeper" did not go on with the project, he wants another to take it over. So just if some wan takes the "Settings Guide" over, the nl_NL version can added to the "Settings Guide". I did the translation, but my know how about 3D printing , Cura and Github is to little to take it over, is there somebody at Ultimaker or a other specialist that can do that Job, "Settings Guide" is a fantastic complementation of Cura!!!

Hope there is a positive sound coming from here.
