Issue with Printing a 3D Scan

Hi, I've had a product 3D scanned at an established 3D printing company and tried to print the files myself but am running into a few errors that may be related to the quality of the scan as the object is about the same diameter as a mug with some details that might be hard to capture / print.

Below are screenshotws of the model and the sliced view of the model, any adivce on how to prevent the central "hole" from being filled in would be much appreciated.

I've tried putting the model through an online stl repair site to no avail.

You might have the Mesh Fixes setting "Remove all Holes" turned on.  Another possibility would be a problem with the model itself.  Cura has a plugin called Mesh Tools available in the Marketplace.  With that loaded it gives Cura some repair ability.  MS 3D Builder is a pretty good repair tool, and there are online repair services.

That looks like "remove all holes" is on.
